As part of the cultural program, the following events took place:
- A New Year’s concert by the Cossack Ensemble “Ataman” named after A.M. Krasnoperec and soloist Olga Favorskaya.
- Master classes by the Cossack Ensemble “Ataman” named after A.M. Krasnoperec in folk vocals and applied flangirovka (Cossack saber spinning).
- New Year’s theatrical interactive performances at the Christmas tree (with memorable gifts) for primary and middle school-aged children, staged by professional artists from the Theater at the Narva Gates.
- A festive concert, “St. Petersburg – Mariupol: Together Forever!”, dedicated to the grand opening of the Mariupol Academic Russian Drama Theater building. The concert featured performers and ensembles from Petersburg-Concert — Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Sergey Rogozhin, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Ivan Besedin, Eduard Khil Jr., opera soloist Iraida Nikolaeva, soloists of the State Dance Ensemble Barynya, and the ensemble Bis-Kvit — as well as invited St. Petersburg artists Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Nikolay Pozdeev, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Anastasia Melnikova, and students from the DPR studying under People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Sergey Parshin at the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts (RGISI).
Cosmos-Limited served as the operator for the entire off-site event, handling travel arrangements for artists, accommodation, transportation services, coordination with performance venues, provision of necessary equipment, and supply of souvenir products.
